The man in question is none other than Peaceville Records artist, Mr. Thomas Eriksen of the Norwegian black metal band MORK. For those unfamiliar, MORK is a TRVE Norwegian black metal band hailing from Halden, Norway. It cannot be understated just how important MORK and the Thomas Eriksen Podcast is for Tales From the Riff. Mr. Eriksen's music and podcasts are on constant rotation , and we were very fortunate to sit down with the man behind it all. STRAP IN AND GET GNARLY.

These young thrashers pay homage to many of the notable thrash bands that probably inspired you to start your own band. In just a brief -but fierce time period of two years, VOID has been building their own brand of fandom and gaining some serious traction among the Gulf Coast. Alrrrrright, a new episode coming in scorching hot. We have none other than the extremely talented vocalist, Kyle Thomas from New Orleans' own Exhorder. And for those of you who do not know about the likes of Exhorder, this episode is for you to get up to speed. Exhorder has given much influence to the metal scene for a long time (see Pantera, see Lamb of God, and also see Machine Head). Their groove and thrash mix cannot be denied and we were fortunate to catch over an hour of conversation with their founding member and vocalist - Kyle Thomas.
